CrossFit. Is. For. Everyone.

CrossFit can be scaled for people of all ages and skill levels. Whether you have a strong background in athletics or have never picked up a dumbbell, the program can be scaled to your fitness level. We have athletes ranging from 13 to 65 years old. CrossFit is a “General Physical Preparedness” (GPP) program which means we train for whatever life may throw at you! Our coaches teach you how to safely perform constantly varied, functional movements (such as squats and presses), at relatively high intensity. What’s so great about CrossFit is that it’s an evidence-based fitness program. We’re able to measure, observe, and repeat all workouts, then compare them to previous results. ​


CrossFit is defined by performing “constantly varied functional movements at relatively high intensity.” It is a GPP (General Physical Preparedness) strength & conditioning program that combines core strength, weightlifting, cardiovascular endurance and also gymnastics movements.

CrossFit, as a program, strives to make you perform common tasks uncommonly well, instead of specializing in one or the other — strength or cardio. ​

Personal training is offered to members who feel more comfortable in a one-on-one setting rather than a group environment.  It also includes goal setting meetings and nutritional consultations to help you on your fitness journey.
